Leila Amirsadeghi

CEO, MESH + Co-Founder, Onedome

Leila has over 20 years of experience in Entertainment, Technology, and Live Events, designing, building, and producing integrated marketing campaigns, experiential brand activations, festivals, and digital products for some of the world’s most notable brands. Her experience in digital spans AR, VR, OTT, mobile & web, and marketing with award-winning campaigns for TV & movies including The Walking Dead, Jurassic World, and Ready Player One. 

Leila co-founded and launched LBE Onedome, in San Francisco in 2018, visited by over 120,000 people during its 9-month run. Onedome had three immersive experiences, F.E.A.S.T, LMNL, and the world’s first mass-consumer AR multiplayer mixed reality experience, the Unreal Garden on which Leila was co-creator and producer.

Blending physical forestscapes, ambisonic sound, interactive projections, haptics, and immersive augmented reality using the Microsoft HoloLens, the Unreal Garden saw 40+ users interact with fellow travelers and the world around them, during a magical 20-minute experience. The Unreal Garden was also featured as a pop-up experience at E3 2019. 

Most recently Leila was the Chief Growth Officer for smart tech hygiene company Cleanbox Technology, overseeing sales, marketing, and partnerships across education, entertainment, healthcare, and enterprise. She has worked with some of the world’s largest brands including 

Microsoft, Disney, Warner Bros, and Adobe, and successful XR & LBE startups including Meow Wolf & Two Bit Circus. Leila owns XR consultancy MESH, is a collaborator at Spatial Activations, and is an advisor to a number of companies including Enklu, Ethereal Matter, and BRCvr.
